Céline Genson is a dietician who specializes in mindfulness based nutritional therapy (mindful eating). Since 2014, Céline Genson has worked as an independent dietician at the GesondheetsZentrum Health Promotion Centre where she offers dietary consultations, group courses in mindful eating and cooking lessons.
She is involved in a range of food education projects with both public and private institutions, where she gives presentations on the subject of food and organises workshops. Alongside more conventional nutrition, she specialises in treating people suffering from instability with regards to their relationship with food (eating disorders, unhealthy eating habits (moods, stress, etc.)).
